Specializing in hard chrome plating and electroless nickel plating for precision mold parts, machine base plates, automotive molds and dies, machining parts for flash chrome, printer shafts, and rollers for printing machines, as well as tractor hydraulic shaft barrels for repair and reconditioning, ATURMAJU MOULD AND DIE REFINISHING was established in 2008. Our primary objective was to provide precision electroless nickel plating and flash chrome services for precision IC mold parts and cavity bars to clients in Penang and Butterworth.

In 2011, we expanded our market presence to the southern region of Malaysia with the establishment of EXCELLENT ROLLER SHAFT SPECIALIST SDN BHD in Ulu Tiram, Johor. Here, we specialize in repairing and reconditioning worn-off shafts and printing rollers through processes involving laser welding on worn-off areas and cylindrical grinding to meet specifications. Our focus in the Johor market is hard chrome plating on all types of print rollers and hydraulic shafts, alongside offering fabrication services for new rollers and shafts.

In recent years, we have further diversified our services in electroplating and engineering parts. Additionally, we prioritize enhancing our technical expertise to meet customer needs. Through continuous job training for our technical staff, we ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries professionally. In addition to hard chrome and electroless nickel plating, we also offer blackening, zinc plating, passivation, and electro polishing for stainless steel.
